Tokyo Auto Salon 2008
January 16, 2008 – 4:39 pmThe Tokyo Auto Salon 2008 opened up last week, from Friday to Sunday. I visited there on Friday and Saturday.

There were so many Hammers around on the show 2007, but this year of course, the new nissan GTR was the main feature of the show. I saw GTRs in almost every shop’s booth. There were over 30 GTRs totally. not bad. This one was at HKS booth.

There were many new Subaru Imprezza STi and Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X were also around. Excluding the three new hot models, there were R32 Skylines and S13 or S14 Silvias. I also saw a corolla too.

Well, to say the truth, the main purpose for most of people are NOT cars. but, this?

In front of a girl who wore clothes that covers her body to satisfy the minimum requirement, there were TOO MANY guys with various cameras, from EOS 1D to mobile phone camera…There were over 250,000 people came to the show in 3 days total, anyway. This must be the biggest show of the aftermarket performance parts in the world. Would you visit next year also?
